Too many are on a killing rampage. A few examples in previous years: Apr. 19, 1995: The Oklahoma City bombing was an attack December 1, 1997: Michael Carneal wrapped a shotgun and a rifle in a blanket and took them to his Heath High School in Paducah, Kentucky, passing them off as an art project he was working on. He also carried a loaded .22 Oct., 2002: The Washington Sniper attacks took place for three weeks in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Ten innocent peo Oct 2, 2006: Gunman Charles Roberts took 10 girls (ages 6-13) August 03, 2010: Police have confirmed nine people were killed and two others injured in a shooting rampage today at the Hartford, Connecticut Beer Distributors plant. A company official identified the shooter as Omar Thornton, a driver who had been asked to quit his job. Thornton, according to his scribbled diary found at his home, stated he was frustrated with his boss and fellow employees who would not listen to him and harassed him about his formal complaints. He refused to quit and instead opened fire. Dec. 15, 2010: Clay Duke, an ex-convict, held a Panama City Florida School Board hostage before killing himse
Jan. 8, 2011: Tucson, Arizona: Jared Lee Loughner, 22 , shot twenty people, six of them fatally, during a meeting RepresentativeGabrielle Giffords was holding with members of her constituiecy in a supermarket parking lot. Those killed in the incident included Chief Justice John Roll for the U.S. District Court of Arizona. Gifford was shot through th Bryce Tierney, a friend of Loughner, received a voice message from Loughner eight hours before the shooting. Tierney stated that Loughner held a years’-long grudge against Giffords simply for failing to answer a question. Loughner previously met Gifford at a "Congress on your Corner" event in a Tucson mall on August 25, 2007, where he asked Giffords, "How do you know words mean anything?" Giffords ignored him. “Loughner never forgot it,” said Bryce Tierney.

Rampage shooting is a topic of intense controversy and interest in the United States. Companies like MOSAIC Threat Assessment System.warns against the belief that a certain "type" of person would be a perpetrator. Any profile would fit too many people to be useful and may not apply to a potential perpe-trator. Many of the perpetrators were raised in an ideal, "All-American family." Some were children of divorcees or lived in foster homes. A few were loners, but most had close friends. Some experts such as Alan Lipman have warned against the dearth of empirical validity of profiling methods; however, he states quite emphatically that intense research has shown that the perpetrators' anger and frustration with the non-caring business world (organizations, conglomerates, employers, etc.) play a hidden, major role in the perpetrators' lives. "Contrary to most people in society, the shooter's level of frustration is much lower than most, and therefore, the shooter's 'breaking point' surfaces more rapidly." __________________________________________
Dubbed "The ATBW" (American Taliban Business World), because of its duping, false, dishonest, and well-hidden financial "I.E.D's," most citizenry either scoff at it, or ignore it -- until it explodes near or on their own person or a loved one; however, in most cases, people purposely lull themselves into a tranquil ocean of complacency, being convinced that "there is nothing they can do about it." They feel helpless in fighting or challenging mammoth "Big Brothers." They know they are nothing but "numbers in a computer," insignificant specs of microbes in a contagious, well-rooted and odious materialistic world whereby the only deity is the demonic dollar. Morals and ethics remain non-existent. The ATBW's unwritten motto remains: "We don't care if it's immoral or unethical -- as long as it's legal." Simple translation: "Our profit margin must continue to increase -- on the backs of our customers, clients, tax-payers, members, or patients."
A few general examples:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield -- and numerous other health insurance million-dollar companies (headed by multi-million-dollar-salaried CEO's with numerous additional, hidden perks) -- will drastically increase their already gouging premiums and deductibles to an unaffordable rate for ALL members, regardless of members who are in good or fair health and have made few or no claims. Members who are forced to cancel their policies because of their unaffordable rates, are simply mailed a cold, uncaring form letter of cancellation. The company is well-trained in the ATBW's dominant theme: "We don't care. Numerous others will take the place of those who drop out."
Major automobile dealerships will unabashedly show "their appreciation to customers" by slamming them with their absurd 'Dealer Prep' or 'Administraiton' fees (many totalling over $500) and other absurd fees (state or Fed fees which are never contested by the dealership, but are simply and conveniently passed onto the customer) on which the entire sales' tax is also added. The dealership's "associates" (an elite euphemism for low-salaried or 'on commission' employees) are highly trained to respond to customer complaints that the gouging 'Administration fee' is for the cleaning or 'preparation' of the vehicle, usually amounting to one-half-hour's labor. If the dealership is requested to justify in a specific, detailed, written account of how the absurd amount is justified, no dealership will respond. (State and federal laws only require that the dealership advise the customer of the fees in writing, not the justification of the fees. The U.S., being a dominant capitalistic country, inherently mandates that laws are written to protect businesses, not customers.)
Numerous banks and financial institutions will spend thousands in their tax-ductible-"business-cost" expenditures in sending full-colored-brochure-mailings to unsuspecting, potential customers, informing the potential customer of the grandiose lifestyle that can be lived by opening an account with the bank. State and Federal Disclosure laws mandate that interest rates and all fees be included in the notifications; however, no law states such information must be in normal or large-size font or easily understood by common citizenry. Additionally, although the law states TV commercials must do the same, no law states the microscopic print at the bottom of the screen, which states the exclusions, (e.g. "For well-qualified customers") alterations, assumings, qualifications, and reservations must be legible.
Medical institutions, doctors, and pharmaceutical companies thrive on the wallets of the wealthy, specifically those who can afford health insurance with wealthy insurance conglomerates. The bottom line for all such tarpooned patients remains: "Those who have health insurance pay for those who don't." Expensive bills will be submitted to such companies. The company in return will pay its "going rate, which is never explained in any accountable transparency policy. The insurance company, in return, will increase the premium and the deductible for all its policy holders. The vicious circle is never-ending -- on the backs of the policy holders. The toxic result is always obvious: the medical institutions, doctors, and pharmaceutical companies continue to build their castles of wealth, giggling all the way to the bank weekly.
"You need to have your annual cancer check-ups, " including, but not limited to, your breast, lung, colon, stomach, pancreas, mouth, throat, and brain. Your procedure for each check-up is quite simple: 1- Those who cannot afford ridiculously expensive health insurance: Simply line your pocket with the minimum $150 for the 15-minute office visit to your family General Practicioner, M.D. Those with insurance, make sure your gouging deductible has been met and that you do not attempt to falsify the fact. (While you are out of earshot range, the secretary will positively verify the fact via her prompt, secretive call to the insurance company.) 2-Visit your family General Practicioner, a mandated requirement since most specialized M.D.'s will not accept patients without another M.D.'s referral. 3-Line your pocket with an approximate $300 for the visit, 6 weeks later to the Specialized M.D. (Regardless of your immediate concern, do not request an appointment at an earlier date. The Specialized M.D.'s schedule, whom you will not be allowed to converse with until the day of your appoinment, is "over-filled" and you must wait your turn. You and your G.P. will simply have to be patient. Your highly-charged anxiety and worries are to be put aside, regardless of the potential cancer in an expedited rampage in your body.) 4-Make a beeline to your tree in the backyard that sprouts $100 bills. Pick as many as you can. You will need them all for the required numerous X-rays, blood tests, CAT scans, Colonoscopies, etc. -- all of which will take place 8 weeks later (no rush on anything in the medical world) -- as well as the specialized M.D.'s who are "highly trained" in reading/interpreting such results. 4-Find an additional full-time job or sell your house to pay all your present medical bills, all of which are expected to repeat themselves next year for all your annual check-ups. 5-Regardless of the multifold results of any/all tests, console yourself with one fact: You have played a major role, as with all other patients, in assisting the doctors, medical institutions, and pharmaceutical companies from filing for bankruptcy. All of them will remain as stalwart soldiers in the ATBW, a secretaive Triumvirate organization that parallels death and taxes. ___________________________________________________
Unknown to most consumers is the Death Trap utilized by all loan institutions, major stores, landlords, phone companies, and all insurance companies. It's called the consumer FICO score( named after the Fair Isaac Corporation that originally created the credit scoring method, but became a model for all ATBW members to use) -- a score which is kept accurately or inaccurately on each consumer by three major Credit Report agencies: Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union. Few consumers ever bother to check their credit score. The consumer may obtain, per federal law, one free credit report per year or one copy only when (s)he has been denied credit. Obtaining credit reports, however, does not give consumers their credit score unless a high fee is paid. (All three Credit Report agencies generate their profit margin annually by charging such fees not only to individual consumers but to all inquirers, bankers, loan companies, cell-phone companies, prospective employers, insurance companies, etc.). The Death Trap: 1-Credit reports only give what major financial institutions, department stores, and landlords (and/or anyone else) report to the 3 agencies. The reports may be accurate or inaccurate. It is the responsibility of consumers to keep track of their reports and scores. 2-No law exists that states the consumer has to be informed of any report given to any of the 3 agencies. 3-No one report or score will be the same as the other. 4-The FICO score range (300-850) is not judged or utilized the same by any one institution or individual seeking the creditworthiness of the applicant. 5-The report does not give how long the applicant has lived at his residence, his length of employment, family members he has to support, faithful payments to utility companies, medical places or any fate of life that has devastated him in previous months/years that affected paying his bills on time (e.g.-divorce, child support, tornado, unemployment, etc.). 6-No law exists that requires detailed reasons to be given by any inquirer on the applicant for increased insurance rates, higher interest rates, etc. The law only states that the applicant be informed that "the credit report was utilized, in part or whole, in making the decision." It is incumbent upon the consumer to inquire as to the specific reasons and scoring method of the lender. 7-Originally created as an "overall picture" of the applicant's socio-economic status by Progressive Insurance to award, deny or increase automobile policy rates, credit reports are now utilized, unknown to consumers, by most car, home, and health insurance companies to do the same. Contrary to consumers' beliefs, the credit report is not utilized so much to judge the creditworthiness of the applicant, but to judge the socio-economic status of the applicant. If the socio-economic status is low, the premium is denied or drastically increased by the insurance company. (The U.S. legislators in past years have failed to pass legislation stop this procedure due to the constant pressure of multi-fold, secretive lobbyists.) Example: In 2010, applicant John W. states on his auto-insurance application that he is driving a 1988 Buick, lives at 201 Woodhorse Lane, Unit 2, in Y-Town, Any State. Via the internet (greatly expedited with the recent Google-Map's "Street View" option), or an assigned employee of the insurance company to make a secretive visit to the home's location, it is found (with numerous photos taken as verification) that John W.'s car (parked in front of his domicile), is not kept in well-running order, (rust, missing hub caps, cracked windows, flaking paint, etc.), but that he also lives in a delapitated mobile home park (non-manicured lawn, junk in yard, dirt roads and driveways, etc.). Because of his evidentiary low-economic status, John W. is denied coverage or is given a policy with a barely-affordable, extremly high 6-month premium. In 6 months, the company (as is the present policy of most insurance companies for all policyholders) will secretively, without John's knowledge, check his credit report again and will either cancel the policy or increase the premium at an additional higher rate. Unless John aggressively challenges the decision (with the company, not the agent -- the latter knows little about it and will pass him off onto the company anyway) -- the decision will remain. Bottom line: John W., because of his low socio-economic status, "is a risk" even though his credit score (paying his bills on time) may be in the "good" or "excellent" tier. ___________________________________________________
Mail-in rebates: One of the numerous ATBW's demonic creations to easily obtain the customer's name, address, phone number, and other private information. The rebate is not a rebate. It is a camouflaged ubiquitous device. The price was raised weeks earlier and then "lowered" for the existing "sale" price. (Comarable example: Wal-mart: "Was $87.48; now $73.89." Ask any Wal-mart employee or supervisory personnel, "When was it $87.48 and can you show me documented proof of the so-called previous price?" Expect a "Well, ah, er," shocked, stuttered response.) Contracted companies are now hired to finalize all the paperwork and are instructed, per the contract, to "submit payment to customer only when 100% legitimate. The customer must:
1-Pay the full amount of the "sale" price at the cash register.
2-Make sure that an additional, official receipt is obtained at the cash register since receipt-copies are not allowed for mail-in rebates.
3-Cut off and submit the computer-price-product-code off the box, which immediately voids the refund-guarantee on the product. (Products must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes.)
4-Submit the official receipt with all vital, private information completed. 5-Wait, as your money is tied up, for 6-10 weeks for your rebate via USPS. (If it does not arrive, USPS is to be blamed.)
5-Be sure to make copies of all requirements submit-ted. Customers' chances are only 55% of receiving any rebate. The rebate company's highly-trained personnel will find something wrong or missing in your submitted items. Be prepared to fight another ATBW goliath. If successful, be prepared to wait an additional 6-10 weeks for the rebate.

Are there any other companies in the world that change their prices weekly and sell a gallon of their liquid in one-tenth of a penny increment other than gas companies, with such companies as world leaders in the ATBW, holding all countries as hostages in their financial turbulences?

A few specific examples: Mar., 2010: Madelyn E. Butler, M.D., an OB/Gyn and founder of The Woman's Group, Tampa, FL (a lucrative chain of offices, replete with other OB-GYN's), posted signs in her office urging her patients to contact lawmakers and tell them to vote against the upcoming legislation for Obama Health Care Reform. One patient, Barbara Gabriel, pregnant with her first child and a backer of the president's plan for health care reform. saw the posters while waiting in Butler's office. Offended and angered, Gabriel pulled them off the walls, threw them in the trash, and walked out. Gabriel immediately sent a letter to Butler, admon-ishing the doctor for a "lack of professionalism" and for "introducing political propaganda in a clinical setting." Butler responded a week later to Gabriel with a vituperatve letter. Butler stated in her letter that Gabriel went overboard in her reaction to the posters and that it was clear from Gabriel's letter "that your opinion of us is beneath the threshold of goodness that a patient should have for her health caretaker." "It is for this reason that we ask that you seek the care of another OB/Gyn." Butler stated in the media interview, "Mrs. Gabriel's letter was too strong. Whether it was true or not is irrelevant. Mrs. Gabriel wrote, 'The bloated salaries that specialists such as the physicians at The Woman's Group earn are a symptom of the sickness that currently plagues our broken healthcare system.'" Gabriel stated, "I thought the Hypocratic Oath that M.D.'s supposedly take was paramount to giving us patients good health care. I guess not, but basically Dr. Butler is right. How can I trust her when she plays politics with her practice? Yes, I will happily find another Ob/Gyn." One week later, Gabriel wrote a complaint letter to the Florida Department of Health in Tallahassee. The DOH's response: "We have no control over the internal administration of any "My frustration and anger with the whole system has sky-rocketed," said Gabriel. "This is nothing else but another Big Brother protecting their own." _________________________________________________ Feb., 2010: One patient in Floral City, Florida, after waiting six weeks (per a referral from her G.P./M.D.) for her appointment with Genesis Women's Center (Inverness, FL) was told, upon her arrivial at the office, that her appointment could not be honored because she did not arrive early enough to fill out the multifold required forms for a "new patient." She was given another appointment three weeks later. Although the patient had BC/BS, the gouging $1,500 had not been met. Because she could not produce the "up-front fee" of $175, she was told to leave. Her husband, already irate over the previous dismissal, wrote a detailed complaint letter to Florida's Department of Health in Tallahassee, FL. DOH's response: "We have no control over any financial policies of any privately-run medical offices or over any polite protocol (or lack thereof) that should be utilized toward patients by any medical office personnel." The husband mumbled to his wife: "I guess next time you go to a doctor's office, if you don't die unexpectedly, DOH won't do anything about it." _________________________________________________ Greeters at Wal-marts are not “Greeters.” They may evoke a weak smile or “Good Morning, Good Afternoon,” etc., but they are specifically and highly trained to check all packages entering and exiting the store. The multi-million-dollar chain effects its golden maxim: “We are not in business to lose as much as one penny’s profit.” (No other multi-million-dollar chain employs "Greeters.") __________________________________________ Nov., 2010: Dr. Jack Cassell, a noted urologist in Mount Dora, FL, sparked a national debate, attempting to combine medical ethics with politics, via a posted sign on his door, "If you voted for Obama, seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in 4 years." "My anger is infinite," said one letter. "I thought you were in the business of caring for your patients, not promulgating your political views." "Dr. Cassell has the right to "advertise" his services however he chooses, said Eulinda Smith, a spokeswoman for the state Department of Health, when asked if the agency would investigate complaints about the sign. "I guess the Hippocratic Oath doesn't count for you guys anymore," wrote another. "Your only concern is your wallet." Cassell holds staff privileges at Waterman's Hospital in Eustis, FL. Complaints swarmed the hospital. Channel 9 News (Orlando, FL) asked Bonnie Zimmerman, the hospitial's Public Relations' director, “Did the hospital send Dr. Cassell any suggestion or complaint to have the doctor practice prudence, morality, or ethics in the future by not posting such signs in the future, thereby keeping his political opinions out of the realm of his patient care?” Zimmerman responded, “It is not incumbent upon us to attempt to dictate to any one doctor, whether that doctor is affiliated with our hospital or not, on how to run his private business.” More irate letters continued to pour in when the doctor refused to take the sign down. "We don't need people like you in the medical profession. Maybe you ought to be shot." ___________________________________________________ Tampa, FL: Brighthouse cable – one shoe size fits all for a 100-square-mile area in Florida + 6 different local, state and Fed fees – none of which the customer is informed about until after the first bill arrives. Brighthouse refuses to explain the fees and refuses to produce any documents showing their phone calls or written communiques to any local, state, or federal agency voicing their complaints against the outrageous fees or taxes. Additionally, if any customer wishes to upgrade to an HD signal from the "basic" package, the upgrade must consist of more channels at a significant higher cost plus the rental fee per month of $6.00 for each converter box for each T.V. in the house. ___________________________________________________ June, 2010: Two whistleblowers say the new front-runner, Rick Scott, in the Republican race for governor is lying when he says he did not know about fraud in his former company, the Columbia/HCA hospital chain. In July 1997, FBI agents raided Columbia/HCA accounting offices in seven states, including Florida. Within days, Columbia’s board of directors ousted Scott, but gave him a nearly $10 million severance package, including stock shares worth $300 million and a $1 million a year consult But company whistleblower John Schilling of Naples says Scott is lying: “He’s pulling the wool over your eyes if he says that he wasn’t aware of this and he would have fired anybody if he would have been aware of it. It’s a bunch of malarkey,” Schilling said. Schilling worked for Columbia as a Medicare reimbursement supervisor in Fort Myers. His whistleblower case, along with others, helped put an end to the fraud and hold the company accountable. “They had to meet certain profit margins and if they didn’t meet them, they got fired," he said. Scott was never charged and says he was never questioned in the case. After leaving Columbia, he invested in a television network which became Discovery Health. He also co-founded Solantic Corporation; a chain of urgent care centers in Northeast Florida. At Scott's numerous campaign events, Scott characterized his former company's actions simply as a "mistake." "Sometimes, people make mistakes. And when you're CEO, you take responsibility - which I do - but you talk about the things you do well, which I do, and the things you've got to work on," Scott said. "We drove down the cost of health care, we improved outcomes, we improved patient satisfaction." (Scott consistently avoided giving details on his "improved patient satisfaction.") "In business, if something goes wrong, you're held accountable. In government - think about all the things that've gone wrong. Have you seen politicians take responsibility? They don't. So what you want in a leader is someone who learns, and who takes those learnings and applies it to any issue and takes responsibility," Scott said. Rick Scott, per Jan. 2011, is the governor of Florida. He is the first of the past 3 previous governors who demanded an Innaugural Party and spent more than 2 million dollars (of his own money and private corporations) for such, while the homeless in his native city of St. Petersburg -- and other major cities throughout the state -- remain homeless, struggling for food and lodging. Money doesn't talk; it screams. The ATBW reigns. ___________________________________________________ "You're Nobody After Most Bodies Forget You" -- a plagiarized ttile of Dean Martin's historic hit tune, "You're Nobody Until Somebody Loves You," and these "most bodies" will and do forget you daily. One does not have to die first, although it assists the ATBW greatly since the deceased are simply replaced with another unknown computer number. If one desires not to die, all that is required is to retire, be afflicted with a serious illness, or be terminated in one's employment by Taliban employers, mere puppets who work for Tajmhal CEO-gurus. Regardless of any route Life's Fates slam upon the innocent vicitm, the ATBW and all its tentacled-cohorts will soon delight in forgetting the victim, whether alive or deceased. The gruesome fact remains: The vile ATBW, in its maniacal labyrinth of searching for the odious dollar-profit, demand that all non-profit-entities be ignored before or after their deaths. The ATBW must continue to turn its world on its scathing, uncaring axle. A few examples -- Citrus County, FL: Mr. Lovick Williams, County Attorney: Who knows or speaks of him today? From Day One of his retirement, he entered into the pasture of the unknown -- to deteriorate in his home, later to be placed into a nursing home, and then to die at age 106 (per Citrus County Chronicle's Obituary Archives.) Ask any Citrus Countian, young or old, who ever heard of him. Watch the perplexed look one gets in return. Ask any one of his surviving family members how many people visited him, sent him a "Get Well" card, called him via phone during his years of illness. Watch the response. Mr. Richard "Spike" Fitizpatrick (aka "Mr. Big Shot"), School Board attorney (25 years), womanizer, hypocrite, vicious cut-throater and noted back-stabber both in his professional and personal life. Who has even mentioned his name today? Other than his immediate family, who has missed him? His ATBW-School Board and still-living attorney-crony-entourage continue to thrive with his immediate replacement. Mrs. Jean Grant, County Commissioner, who upon her death in the ATBW political galaxy, left her imprimatur upon all her tax-payers: "Aggressive, sarcastic, and vicious", comparable to an S.S. Gestapo woman who saw fit to effect her own mandates of her self-created Concentration Camp and Crematoria against her constituents according to her self-created, non-political and dehumanizing dictates. Who speaks of her today? (Who desires to is both a moot and mute point.) Mr. Roger Weaver, School Superintendent (15+ years). Who even knows of him today? Who cares that he was murdered in his Tampa home? Who cares that when his murderer was up for parole, years later, not one then-School Board member attended the hearing to voice an objection? Who notices the quasi-weather-worn sign, "Roger Weaver Complex" in Lecanto, FL? Who today, among hundreds of school employees, uses the phrase, "I'm going to the Roger Weaver Complex in Lecanto"? It's always, "I'm going to the IRC (Instructional Resource Center) or simply, "I'm going to Lecanto." As a shining star in his time, serving his ATBW's School System so well, he has been shoveled into the grave of the unknown. The school system's ATBW continues to gleefully spin its conglomerate county wheel without him. Mr. O.J. Humphries, D.C.: Passionately dedicated chiropractor, gladly opening his office during off-hours for those in need and always altering his price schedule for the destitute; in his later years became Mayor of Inverness, FL and sought to serve his constituents in every way possible during his tenure. Who has even mentioned him since his death? Mr. Walt Connors: Former Citrus High School coach and teacher; later successful business man (via his Walt Connors Office Supply Store) and Clerk of Court for numerous years. Other than his family members, who mentions him today? There is no time. The county's ATBW must concentrate on the generated tax dollar. Shining stars like Mr.Connors, who helped build and solidify the present county's Financial Tajmahal, has long been forgotten. The ATBW's motto remains: "Out of sight; out of mind." Conclusion: The ATBW must reign: "You're nobody after most bodies forget you," which, despite one's previous status, will occur instantly once one leaves the scene of life. The citizenry's anger, disgust, and frustration of the American Taliban Business World constantly mount. Most control it; others release it via their vicious rampages. WJK-Jan. 2011

ing contract. The company wound up paying more than $1.7 billion for defrauding the federal Medicare and Medicaid programs. Scott says he didn’t know about his company’s fraudulent billing practices and if he had, he’d have fired those responsible.
