American Terrorism Webster’s succinct definition: The act of terrorizing; the use of force or threats to demoralize, intimidate, or subjugate. Sadly enough, Americans believe this to take place only in foreign countries. However, in the military and political world, it can readily be verified via the daily news media to consistently be effected in America. Terrorism in the Republican, financial, multi-billion-dollar-conglomerate-business world thrives and prospers, much to the demonic delight of the uncaring CEO’s, Board of Trustees, investors, and stockholders. As each prolific company increases its financial obesity, its customers and the hard-working-employee become more insignificant and financially starved to death. Comparable to Concentration Camp victims, these ignored sufferers may enjoy a financial bowl of soup daily, with little more on their backs than a thin-striped piece of clothing “to keep them warm” in forever freezing financial temperatures -- victims who are forced to work incessantly in their skeletal energy in the financial quarries of the company to allow it to thrive and prosper. The victims’ devastating psychological, emotional -- and many times -- physical distress is simply ignored by the corporate terrorists. True – as long as the customers do not expect to find any employee to render assistance in purchasing products, do not need to have an engine oil change, do not need a battery replacement for their watches, do not need an emergency prescription or a simple adjustment to their eye glasses before 7 a.m. -- and certainly not after 8 p.m. Wal-mart’s Greeters, with their effervescent, Colgate smile at the front door, are not employed Pharmaceutical companies readily advertise their “constant research” for devastating illnesses (cancer, Alzheimer’s, etc.) – as long as a documented, well-researched, substantial profit can be effected in the near future. Kidney disease, Pancreatitis, Alpers Syndrome, Bowen’s Disease, Goodpasture’s Disease, etc. do not count, regardless of their numerous children and adult victims.
