If he would walk a mere 10 miles in the shoes of numerous folks like me who suffered untold agony (emotionally, psychologically, and materially) in the past 5 years -- and getting help from no one -- maybe he would change his obnoxious tune.
Would he be in favor to cancel the dominant decades-old Socialism policy, heavily supported by all previous Republican adminisitrations, in sending billions to every other country that suffers disasters (such as flooding, tsunamis, and earthquakes -- and yet our own people in New Orleans 6 years later are still living in run-down "Socialistic" trailers? Has he ever had his wife thrown out on the street by such places as Genesis Women's Center in Inverness, FL because neither she nor her husband can produce the required down payment of $185 since her whopping BC/BS -- a billion-dollar health-care Tajmahal, headed by a million-dollars’-plus-perks-salaried Republican CEO -- high deductible of $1500 wasn't met? Did he ever have to cancel his Socialistic health-care military-100%-paid-by-all-taxpayers-plan?
Did he ever have to go to 3 different places every month in and out of town to get drastically reduced prices on food via private socialistic enterprises so he and his wife can get food on their table? Did he ever have to degrade himself to sign up with utility companies and hospitals to be put on a payment plan or plead to be accepted into a so-called "Sponsorship" plan?
Did he ever have to humiliate himself by scrounging, pleading, begging for extra funds/loans from family members or multi-million-dollar financial institutions (most of which are run by ultra-wealthy CEO Republicans) to keep a car on the road due to the whopping increased prices of “stellar” people, such as Florida Republicans in such things as gouging increases in renewal of licenses and registrations via the consistent, lame excuse of "deficit" or "balance the state budget"? (Simple translation: Socialism again: Those who have the money must pay for those who don't” – a dominant Republican-often-denied platform).

Did he ever write to any vile Repub-dominated health insurance company complaining about the gouging high-priced premiums that are paid by those who have money to pay hospitals and medical institutions for those who don't?
Is his sister or any other non-immediate family member on S.S.? (Good. When was the last time he wrote to Washington's political gurus asking them to totally disband S.S. so everybody, including his relatives, can be allowed to nearly starve to death while they sleep under interstate bridges as homeless people?)
Has he ever taken the time to live with a family whose main or supplementary supporter has been thrown out of work, has suffered a car repo and/or a home foreclosure, and whose mere survival depends on picayune socialistic food stamps? Is this Marine's adult kids on Food Stamps? Let's cancel the whole "Socialistic" program for everyone, including his kids.
If he remained in the Marines for 40 years (as this writer did in his non-military profession), is he financially stable (thanks to our Socialistic payments for military retirees, especially their continuous health care) or is he a quasi-homeless person struggling from month-to-month to "make ends meet" constantly demanding the demonic monthly mandate to "borrow from Peter to pay Paul"?
Did he ever write to the Socialistic Salvation Army, wealthy churches, Catholic Religious Orders – all supported and well-accepted by our Socialistic American citizenry -- and numerous other Socialistic institutions, telling them they should disband completely and stop helping people altogether? My infinite respect and admiration go out to all military personnel (especially with my own son, U.S. Army, presently serving his third deployment to Iraq) active or retired for their service to our country.
